In a photo posted on Facebook, a man and woman are seen with an oversized stuffed lion, an elephant, and a giraffe.
The photo has gone viral on social media.
It shows the shop and a small business in the heart of New Delhi’s Juhu district, which is also known as the heartland of the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh.
The store is owned by a local man, Naseeruddin Naseem, who said he sells the items for Rs 1,500 a piece.
The shop sells a variety of clothes and accessories, including jewellery, shoes and a range of jewellery.
A resident of the district, Nuneeruddin said he has seen the photos before, but had never thought of them on social networking sites.
“I thought it was a joke, but it has taken on a life of its own,” he said.
“This is a business that’s doing well.
People come here and ask me for money, and I make it available.”
He said that when he went to buy some items online, he found the price was a lot higher than what he could get at the store.
“People from across the country came to buy the items.
It was quite a shock to me.””
It’s a very small business,” he added.
“I think it’s the first time in my life I’ve seen such a large demand for jewellery.”
